1. Regular Tour

The tour with a naturalistic guide starts with an introduction about Proyecto Asis. Then we follow the trails around the reserve, stopping in front of each animal enclosure to learn about them and where they are from.

2. Tour + Volunteer

Daily Tours Costa Rica

This tour allows you a unique opportunity to not only be near the wild animals, but also help in their rehabilitation. Youn will help with their diet.

Duration: up to 3 ½ hours.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
8:30 am & 1:00 pm

Price per person: $54 USD
Kids 5 to 9 years old: $31 USD

3. Full Day Activity

Do you want to go beyond? This program is scheduled from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and continues from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
The activity is perfect for kids, teenagers and adults (all ages).
Coffee break in the morning and afternoon would be provided.

At our wild animal rescue center, you would help us prepare the diet for the animals, and in the afternoon, you would have to help clean the enclosures, or something else that might be required like painting, making toys for the animals, or help build a new enclosure.

Price per person: $84 USD
Kids 5 to 9 years old: $65 USD

4. One-night Home-stay

This all inclusive home-stay and tour allows you to have a true Costa Rican experience. The family that you will stay with has been carefully screened and will be hosting you and will provide you with authentic Costa Rican meals and hospitality.

Duration: 1 day.
Price per person: $133 USD

Includes:

  • Introduction to Project Asis and the host family.
  • Volunteer at Project Asis for half a day.
  • One-night stay with a local family.

Volunteer Activities

  • You will care for and feed the animals.
  • Repair, maintain, and construct enclosures for the animals.
    (Previous reservation is required).
